总结一下，美国有一群人的典型想法是这样的。

女人靠养一堆小孩来过活。

男人没有养自己小孩的义务。

四肢健全，智力正常，一辈子不工作，还怪政府福利太少。

小孩上学好好学习是acting white, 是值得鄙视的行为 。

在大街上可以随便拦个人要零钱。难怪巴马的口号是“我们相信零钱” (change we believe in)。

现在美国有40％的人不交税，我就不信巴马能把这个数字提高到80％。今天说二十五万，以巴马满嘴跑火车的credit history来看，明天可能二十万，后天十五万。要减税，要增加社会福利，要减少联邦赤字，造空中楼阁还比这容易些。

下个星期二，同学们早点回家，锁好门关好窗防火防盗。老头上了， dc, detroit, harlem要暴动了。巴马上了，喝点小酒烧两辆车庆祝一下也不是没可能的。

“网上最近在流行一个游戏：《我出生的那一天》。方法是在某个摄影网站找到自己出生日的照片，然后贴到自己的博客。这个游戏有一个背景：Jamie Livingston，一个在纽约的摄影师，从1979年3月31日开始，到1997年10月25日结束，每天用Polaroid相机拍摄一张照片，形成 了一个跨越18年的巨大摄影作品集《宝丽莱一日》，一共6697张，6697个日子，6697个人。1997年10月5日是最后一张，因为 Livingston在那天死了。

在他身后，朋友Hugh Crawford和Betsy Reid把所有的图片整理上传，于2007年开办了一次名为《JAMIE LIVINGSTON. PHOTO OF THE DAY: 1979-1997》的影展。现在，网络上大家玩的游戏就是去找到自己生日那天的图片，贴到自己的博客里来。Jamie Livingston真是个很伟大的艺术家，在18年时间里一直用Polaroid相机在玩，而且在自己身后还可以让那么多人加入到这个游戏中来，大家共 同完成这个超级作品。”
